Clinical Case
Sinus lift and augmentation with simultaneous implant placement.

PATIENT INFORMATION
Patient : 56 years old, Female
Medical History : N/S

Chief Complaint
  • Difficult to chew food in right side.

DIAGNOSIS & TREATMENT PLAN 
  1. Sinus lift and augmentation with implant placement at #16.
  2. Implant placement at #17.
  3. Splinted crowns at #16 and 17 four months after surgery.

DISCUSSION
  • The MFS Kit was easy and safe at lateral window approach of sinus lift technique.
  • Collagen dermal matrix, DiaDerm was used for preventive shield from Schneiderian membrane perforation and bone graft material.
  • Calcium phosphates graft, INNO-CaP was used for osteoconductive bone formation around implant fixture.
  • Rotational flap around the implant at #17 increases the gingival width of #16 site.
